Title
Optical Fiber Cable
Description

An Optical Fiber Cable is a telecommunications cable that contains one or more optical fibers. The optical fiber elements are typically individually coated with plastic layers and contained in a protective tube suitable for the environment where the cable will be deployed. Fiber is also immune to electrical interference; there is no cross-talk between signals in different cables, and no pickup of environmental noise.
