Strategic Communications Planning

Description: Planning the orchestration of political and military activities at all levels within the OPCON chain, vertically and horizontally, to deliver a synchronised narrative in order to create a clear and consistent communication effect. The StratComAD will play a vital role in supporting the Commander during the generation of the StratCom annex of the OPLAN. During execution of the operation, StratCom planners will support the J3/5 cycle by reacting to changes in the communication environment, and supporting generation or adjustment of communication plans as required.
