Transactions relating to the expenditure of Alliance customer nations funds require the highest degree of trust and an impeccable standard of conduct. It is therefore of the utmost importance to the mission entrusted to the Procurement Service that all personnel who may come into contact with procurement matters maintain unquestionable integrity and impartiality and avoid strictly any conflict of interest or even the appearance of a conflict of interest in Alliance suppliers’ relationships. The procurement activity is to be carried out in a manner consistent with the highest professional, ethical, moral and legal standards.
