AMD Air Defence Design Processes
Description

The Air and Missile Defence (AMD) Defence Design Processes consist of three sub-processes that are used to identify friendly air defence assets and capabilities with possible friendly Courses of Action (COAs), to identify adversary operational capabilities and capabilites with possible COAs, and to develop a defence design while considering the C2 architecture, communications and network requirements. This is an iterative process throughout the planning cycle.
