The Air and Missile Defence (AMD) Adversary Offensive Air Capability Analysis Process is used to analyze an adversary’s offensive air and missile capabilities, which is key to planning a defensive response. Identifying enemy COAs and determining the operational viability of threat assets supports the identification of defensive air assets in the Air Defence Plan (ADP). Elements of the enemy C2 architecture may also be considered.
