Applicability
- This document describes the RTP payload format for the Mixed Excitation Linear Prediction Enhanced (MELPe) speech coder. MELPe’ three different speech encoding rates and sample frame sizes are supported. Comfort noise procedures and packet loss concealment are described in detail.
