• MGT-PARAM Management of the different types of HDRWF system node parameters
• MGT-STATE control of the HDRWF system node main state machine
• MGT-RSM Radio Silence Mode for the control of radio silence
• MGT-SEC Security for OTAx functionalities (restricted volume)

The MGT layer can be interfaced with external

• remote Network Management System (NMS)
• local management interface (HMI, LMS)
• remote Security Management Center (SMC)
